1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order placed through our website, you may request it within the first 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If you meet this deadline and condition, you will be granted a full refund, without penalties.
To request a refund, please write to us at support@innerboosters.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include the order number.
2. Product Returns
At Inner Booster, we accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and in perfect condition for resale.
The return request must be made within 15 calendar days of the purchase date.
Returns of opened, used, or mishandled products will not be accepted.
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the established conditions, the corresponding refund will be processed.
3. Shipping Costs Associated with Returns
In the case of returns for personal reasons (for example, change of mind), shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the return is due to a defective product, damaged during shipping, or incorrect shipping, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and you can choose a refund or replacement of the product at no additional cost.
4. Refund Processing
Once the product is received at our distribution center and its integrity is verified, we will process the refund within the next 15 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The time it takes to see the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment platform used by the customer.
5. Exclusions
For reasons of safety, hygiene, and the effectiveness of our natural products, we do not accept returns of opened, tampered with, or partially used products, except when a manufacturing defect has been identified.
Returns and refunds also do not apply to:
Products on sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns, unless defective.
Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer (address, contact information, etc.), when the error prevents delivery.
