At Inner Booster, we are committed to ensuring efficient, safe, and transparent delivery of all our products within the national territory. This Shipping Policy establishes the times, conditions, and applicable rates for the delivery of orders placed through our website www.innerboosters.com.

1. Coverage Area

We currently ship to the entire Republic of Panama, both within the capital and within the country.

2. Shipping Cost

Unlike free shipping models, Inner Booster calculates the shipping cost based on the delivery area and the type of service requested, under the following guidelines:

Panama City (metropolitan area): Shipping costs vary by district and will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Areas outside the capital: The cost will be estimated based on the distance, the available logistics operator, and the weight/volume of the order.

The total cost will be visible to you before confirming your purchase.

Note: We do not cover shipping costs except in specific promotions where otherwise indicated. We do not offer free shipping by default.

3. Service Types and Estimated Times

We offer two shipping options:

a. Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Available nationwide.

b. Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours.

Available only in Panama City and surrounding areas.

The additional cost will be calculated and displayed when placing your order.

Note: Times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather, accessibility, special events, or order volume.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (local time) on weekends or holidays, orders will be processed the following business day.

Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping type selected.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with tracking information, including the name of the assigned logistics carrier and the tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Special Conditions

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. In the event of errors in the address provided, Inner Booster is not responsible for delays or additional costs.

In hard-to-reach or remote areas, delivery times may be extended.

If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, a second visit or rescheduling will be arranged, which may incur additional charges.

If your order shows obvious damage upon receipt, we ask that you do not accept it and report it immediately to our customer service team.
